Do not show full address search when address fields are fully populated.

  • Look into action to toggle full address search
  • Look into snapping map view and address fields into view when address fields are partially/fully defined.

When address is changed form scrolls to show map and/or address.

Forgoing the action to toggle full address search for now. If users request it in the future we can add it then. This was just proposed by Qui as an alternative should snapping not be possible.
