I looked in the pRODS code and to no ones surprise the index is indeed missing in the global error code array. I suspect that the iRODS server and the pRODS client code need a sync. The pRODS code file which contains the global error codes which appears out of sync is “RodsErrorTable.inc.php”.

To the best of my knowledge our iRODS server is at revision 4.1.8.
