The CPU is stuck at the same frequency (2111.992), both when idle and during heavy computation
How reproducible
100%
How to reproduce
Run watch -n1 "cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep MHz"
Observe that nothing changes for a long time, even when switching between idle and computation-heavy tasks
Expected behavior
The frequencies should change
Actual behavior
They all stay the same (2111.992)
Screenshots
No response
Additional context
This probably is an issue with how the frequencies are reported to OS, or maybe even how Qubes OS handles them because the fan speeds audibly change when switching tasks, which would imply that the CPU frequencies change as well, generating less or more heat
