How to update Hypseus Singe on Retropie ? #159

HI DirtBagXon, I have already installed a previous version of Hypseus on my Retropie 4.8.8 (Raspberry PI5 8GB), now I want to update Hypseus to latest version, with Retropie, but I want also mantain my actual "hypinput.ini" (Input config file). |

Haven't heard of any issues. It has been updating from Retropie-Setup fine as far as I am aware. What version shows on the splashscreen when you start it up ? Just backup your There is a PR to update the scriptmodule in the RetroPie repo which hasn't been accepted yet, you could try that if all else fails. See: RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup#3974 |

Error is in It's probably down to some change in the Mint Linux distribution libzip version. https://libzip.org/documentation/zip_register_progress_callback_with_state.html i.e. It's your build dependency libraries. |

In fact looking at:
The C compiler identification is GNU 7.5.0
You have an old, old version of Mint Linux ? You probably need to update your base OS.
You need libzip 1.3.0 or later.
