🤷 Issue 세부 내용

개인정보처리방침, 위치정보이용약관, 데이터삭제요청 클릭시 Intent.ACTION_VIEW를 이용해 다른 브라우저에서 로딩하도록 하고 있음
카카오톡에서 광고나 채팅방 링크를 눌렀을 때와 같이 별도의 Task로 로딩되는 WebView를 만들어서 로딩하도록 변경하기

✨ 기대 결과

사용자가 앱의 전환 없이 일관된 환경에서 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
