Comment scroll actions (volume buttons, floating button) should scroll to the next comment immediately

I don't think the scroll animation serves much purpose, and it can be extremely long if there are a lot of child comments.

The animation between the navigation of comments does not make a lot of sense.

Please give it a thumbs up to prioritize it
