Let us set Max Quality for "Previews" & Videos, when scrolling. Basically making it so it always loads the best Quality. #955

Let us set Max quality for Previews and Videos that Auto Play.
If anyone knows if there is a way to do it outside of the app with editing a file please let me know. Thanks.
