Sorry, just a question, is it possible to create two rows of radio menus attached to a single message?

My telegram bot may speak to the user via synthesized voice messages. And so I want to offer the user a settings menu in which they can choose an option for 2 separate but related questions:

1. When do you want me to respond to you with voice rather than text? (Options: always, when you send me a voice message, never)
2. With which voice do you want me to speak to you? (Options: a male voice, a female voice)

For the sake of efficiency, I'd prefer to have these 2 radio menus attached to a single message, the options for each question being separated into 2 rows. Is that possible to do with this package? Could you maybe explain to me how?
