BuildSysPro Version 2015.12b

Translation in English of a large part of the documentation, improved compatibility with Open Modelica and other minor corrections.

BuildSysPro Version 2015.12a

v2015.12a is the first open stable release of BuildSysPro open source.

BuildSysPro 2015.12a is compatible with OpenModelica 1.9.3. When working with OpenModelica, specify your initial conditions carefully and use preferably Dassl, Euler or Runge-Kutta solvers.
Compatibility for two models is still being assessed: PIDfixed and Radiator_EN442.

Package and model names are in English, while part of the documentation and variable names are in French (translation in progress).
