Show count of rows mathcing a filter on a table in the helpdesk portal

When a helpdesk staff review a submisson, inspecting that an expected number of rows in a table is present is a common task. Are there X number of Samples/Runs/Files etc containing "Ctrl" in Title/Name and Y number containing "Disease", to check that X+Y equals the expected total number etc.

When a filtering is applied, having a line below the table saying something like "X rows match the filtering applied"
