Missing sorting of tables in helpdesk portal

Describe the bug
Cannot sort rows in the tables of the helpdesk portal. This is available in the Submitter portal (so the helpdesk could in principle deny the Submission, impersonate the user, inspect the submission using the Submitter portal, and finalize the submission again, before proceeding in the helpdesk portal) and is equally important for HD to properly review a submission.

To Reproduce
View samples, runs or files in a submission in the HD portal.

Expected behavior
A similar sorting functionality as Submission portal by selecting which column to sort by
