Toggle Fullscreen mode on windows broken

On windows, you can press 'f' to enter fullscreen. However, pressing 'f' again should exit fullscreen mode, but it does not.

Getting out of fullscreen now works. Another problem has poked it's head and that is when you go fullscreen all you see is a blank gray screen.

this seems to work for me in the latest build, did you fix it at some point?
