Global data support for Excel and CSV input data files

Add support for Global parameters for XLS and CSV files.
The requirement is that the user should be able to define the test data that is shared between different test methods just once and then EasyTest should simply be able to feed the test data into different test methods that depend on it without depending on the test name.
