Uh Oh! White caption text stopped working in ESR 128.6.0 #239

As the Title says, I moved from 128.4.0 to 128.6.0. White caption text is not working in Settings.

I really appreciate that you extended another release to ESR 128 K4Sum1. It really adds life to Windows 8. :)
