This is on a fresh game, with only compact dnd sheet and the requisite actions list modules enabled. DnD 5e 2.1.4, foundry 10.291.

The current dnd system version is not compatible with the stable release. Use the alpha release instead: https://github.com/ElfFriend-DnD/foundryvtt-compactBeyond5eSheet/releases/tag/v0.999.2
