Show Shared and Unshared tabs in slightly different colours/tints

A very minor one!

Please add a setting to show Shared (or Unshared, either) tabs in a slightly different colour.

Putting an Icon in for more color-blind-friendly solution as well would be a good call.

@akrigline I think that's a good idea so everyone has an option that is accessible to them.

Currently however, due to issue #87, I'd suggest making the icon an option. For those that have a smaller width GMScreen and a handful of tabs, that icon extra space would cause the wrapping issue. A toggle for the setting would solve both cases.
