[Feature request] Direct editable cells for quick notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you want to jot down a quick note you have to first have a journal entry in the gm screen, then click the button to edit which takes you out of the gm screen, write, save and then reload your gm screen. It would be nice if you could edit some sheets directly, as easy as writing it on a piece of paper.

Describe the solution you'd like
either make the content of the cells editable in some ways, just to add text. or allow cells that dont contain an entry be able to contain text as a quick note.

Describe alternatives you've considered
having irl a piece of paper to note down on or open a journal entry.
