communicate with obsidian for links?

Is there a way to communicate back with obsidian app from the webview?

I want to do a more interactive map of my Vault, and use that to navigate / open obsidian pages eg clicking links.
It doesn't even have to be JS just plain old anchor hrefs. Wonder if there's any way to make that work, a bit like pinning the built-in obsidian graph view?
