are there plans to include localization files?

Else we need to make our own.. i guess i want to copy them them from the older version somehow.

We don't know where our product is used, we just want to set a language (a string) or load the language file itself and set that thats also fine.
But it would be nice that that is provided by the component

ah the most text are coming i guess from the Intl
( i guess in the end the docs or examples could be a little bit more clear about that, i wonder if the default couldn't be to really get the the default from the system instead of default "en")
But then i guess we should have language files that the community can provide for all the other texts? (like next month and so on)

Hi there. Thanks for your work on the translations. A lot of the translations for name of the months etc. come from the built in Intl formatting. The picker specific localization for the tooltips and so forth are in the options. The development branch as an example locale plugin for Russian. I'm currently working through how the plugin concept will work as I ran into an issue trying to create a sample plugin for something else.

The plan will be to update the npm package to include the locales and make sure they are on the CDNs.

I think we should try to avoid this:

To not access the window object directly (for example in angular apps)

Or the loader of that plugin does this. Or a function is exported like register with a the calendar/tempusDominus object where it then can call load locale on?

The main reason I was doing that is so there are no imports. Rollup didn't do a good job with keeping things tidy. I could export a function on the locale like load() that used the window object. That way if importing in TS you don't have to call load?

I implemented it purely as module that just provides an object with the translations. And then just copy it over.

The a locale file is just

So the caller just gets the data and applies it

I use pure js files, so not the for this, but I guess that should also be just fine

I know we're talking in two places about the same thing, but I added your locales and changed how the loading works. The local doesn't attempt to load itself anymore.
