功能改进

新增一个选项能够运行下载后命令。这样可以更自由的自动化，比如跑自己的python script清理文件夹，或者跑自己的重命名软件，类似filebot之类的。这个选项最好是能在全局设置里面定义，但也可以单个RSS源定义，类似“解析设置”的应用。
