Description

The handbook link in the navbar is not working on mobile view.

Reproduction

  1. Navigate to the navbar on any page on mobile view.
  2. Click on the "Handbook" link.
  3. Observe that the link does not redirect to the expected page.

Expectation

The handbook link in the navbar should redirect to the correct handbook page.

  • Browser: Any (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Version: Latest

Additional context

Fixing this link will improve the user experience for contributors.
