Problem

No centralized platform for sharing and discovering FOSS project ideas

Description

FOSSCU Ideas Bank: A centralized platform where:

Users can submit new project ideas with detailed specifications and categories
Project maintainers can find interested contributors
Ideas are organized by technology, difficulty level, and domain
Community can discuss and refine project proposals
