Dirty Tin Slurry specifically requires Mekanism Block of Raw Tin instead of raw tin block tag

Describe the bug

Mekanism machine Chemical Dissolution Chamber only accepts the Mekanism Block of Raw Tin, but it accepts the tag "Raw X Block" for other Dirty Slurry recipes.
This may possibly be a bug in the other direction, where Block of Raw Tin from FTB Materials should not exist or be craftable.

Steps to reproduce

Place a Chemical Dissolution Chamber.
Try to put a Block of Raw Tin (FTB Materials) into the item input slot.
Item is rejected.

Expected behaviour

Machine accepts any Raw Tin Block and converts it into Dirty Tin Slurry
