form submit issue on iOS and Edge

I'm not a professional web developer but I use fabrik on joomla for years.
I have a form with autofill, captcha, email and redirect plugins. Everything works great on desktop and on Android phones but on Win10/Edge and on Iphone nothing happen on submit.
What can be the problem? Is there any trick or setting?

Can you please post in the forums and mention your exact Joomla, Fabrik, PHP versions etc.

Also, quite possibly a Javascript error, so please check the javascript console on Edge and post any errors.

Joomla 3.8.7, updated to 3.8.8 a few days ago, latest Fabrik, 3.8.1 with Github update on 17.04.
I have to install a virtual machine first to chek js on Edge.

I remember having same problem with a site a while ago. It was probably a caching issue as enabling caching in cpanel fixed it.
