No hover-translation on some youtube pages

I would like the comments on youtube pages to be translated on mouseover.

If I set “Show translated text when hovering over sites with these languages” to English, the comments are translated on a few pages. If I also specify German, a few more pages will have their comments translated.

On some pages, such as “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icPnn6W_kbM”, the comments are never translated when hovering.

What did you just do?
