Suggestion: Sorting improvements

The sort always favors those who contribute the most -- and that's probably what most people want to see -- but I suggest it some cases we may want to reverse the sort (Traditionally by click the column header).

The default length of 100 can be increased to 200, but some of the sortable categories are longer than 200, so lengthening the lists would also be beneficial.
