Lots of CUDA problems on keeneland with ocore_601_CUDA_v18

After several hours of running, the stats page shows that my keeneland jobs aren't returning frames for the two new projects @kyleabeauchamp set up yesterday. I see lots of errors like

Huh. The frame counts suddenly jumped from 1 to 1200...

This may just be a sporadic failure combined with infrequent stats update.

The CUDA failure I'm not sure about - but the frame counts is normal -
frames are added when a core disengages entirely from a stream
