Improve trade window with more filtering and features

The current implementation of the trade window is basic. In the future I'd like to include more features from the original application.

One such feature would be filtering by pad size.

The port type presets have a "max_pad_size" value. This can be used to filter out stations like outposts that are too small depending on the users current ship.
