All in the title, I made Certus bees a few days ago to help upgrade my drives a bit faster and I've gotten exactly one Certus Quartz, and had a full industrial apiary of combs several times with two apiaries running. Unsure if bug or just severely unlucky, but considering they're 2% apart in rarity/frequency, I don't think it's just bad luck.
