When we update aTD SR reciever, after updating everything to Ethos 16.0 and ISRM and thr REeciever to the latest 3.0+, on an already installed model:
I just reset and reconfigured the stabilized reciever on the model without taking it out and without doing a 6 way calibration.
I just did the stick centers, ful stick movement, all correct response directions., and finally a horizontal level calibration. On the bench now, without the 6 way calibration everything looks, works, reacts as expected to all push pull etc. moves of the plane.
So the question:
If we move up to the last version (3.0+) of an TD SR reciever, from the one previous 1.3+ version, and if it was already calibrated for 6way, do we still need to take it out from the plane and do the calibration.
Where is the former data of that calibration stored.
Does the new version acess the same data, since mine seems to work. Shall I try to fly it as is.
The main reason of the question is I have another 11 planes that need to be updated. So it is areally big hassle to take out each reciever
