Carrier Settings cause Internal Server Error #167

In the carrier settings, when hitting the "Submit" button, for e.g. disabling the Itinerary:

the state of the checkboxes does not change the outcome

You get following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected internal server error

(generated by waitress)
