Use OpenZeppelin base diamond libraries to build diamond-blueprinter

I've ported OpenZeppelin contracts (which are audited) to use EIP-2585 Diamond Pattern https://github.com/GeniusVentures/openzeppelin-contracts-diamond

This can be used to expedite the development of diamond-blueprinter.

Also, I have used this library in my own project and can quickly set up a total development project in a few minutes to move this project forward and contribute some of the Diamond Facets that I've already written.

It would be great to add GVTopCoder as a contributor to this project, so that I may directly contribute. I can fork the project of course, but I am also willing to manage and review code merges for the project.
