I am having issues running run_discSnp++.sh multiple times in parallel. I am running this on an Ubuntu 22.04.5 machine. Here is a summary of the error:

run_discoSnp++.sh: line 538: 1247014 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) ${graphCmd}

Could this be related to GATB/gatb-core#37?

Are you still facing this issue? This may be due to a limitation on the free space on the device?
