Header text size

@vdeparday @andresgnlez Do the Headers stand out enough?? Especially the ones that are 3rd tier or so, especially ones around the size of the "Other Groups" text and "Defining the Scope of Work" section header.

Also wondering if we should put section numbering (e.g. 2.1, 4.3) like in the document for consistent.

We have updated the general styles of the site as you requested. Between this changes, we have modified titles to make them easier to understand.

Hi @andresgnlez,
Font sizes do seem to look better and the menu on the left looks clearer. Is it possible to keep the bottom piece (with "This guide is hosted on github..." text) with a black background and change the title at the top to have the green background like in Vivien's email?

Also, the colors look ok on my mac but on the PC (standard World Bank computer settings) this yellow is really bright and not very nice. I wonder if we should make adjustments accordingly. @vdeparday, please weigh in

Definitely is a screen issue, screenshots appear the same when compared on a single screen.
These photos from my phone don't show the difference quite as starkly but the PC is very bright, light yellow like a yellow legal pad and the Mac one is more warm toned, like butter.

Can you make it grey again, like before?
