@simboss the current document doesn't provide clear instructions on how to contribute edits to a GeoNode that is managed by a system administrator (GS in this case). Can you please revise, explaining the workflow and requirements?

We had also agreed on keeping this document project-agnostic. Can you make it a manual that can be used by developers of any GeoNode? It could also live in the main GeoNode documentation if you think there's an appropriate place there.
