We are planning to make use of the ACR medium phantom and this code base seems ideal for analysis.
Although I notice it only seems to support the large phantom but as far as i understand there isn't much of a difference between the large and medium ACR phantoms.
Is the current code compatible with the medium phantom?
If not how difficult would it be for me to ammend the code to make it compatible?
Thanks
John

The current code was intended to be used for analysis of image sets of the large phantom, but I recommend you try to run ACR tasks on your dataset and report back if you encounter any errors or inaccurate measurements.
You are welcome to contribute to the code base, with the assistance of the developer team at CSC.
I am not familiar with the differences between the large and medium phantoms and the MR physics team at GSTT use the large ACR phantom (and previously the MagNet phantoms) for QA.]
We will be having an open meeting next week discussing user requirements, issues and new features for hazen. I'm happy to share the invite if you are interested.
I highly recommend to read the contributing guides on the repo, which provide information on how to create branches and request review for code changes if you end up adjusting the existing ACR task scripts for the medium phantom.
