Web_11: By changing the browser screen size, the left panel is disappeared

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Navigate to URL: http://www.vizabi.org/
2. Home page of Vizabi will be loaded
3. Click the docs button available in the header
4. Click on the Restore Down button available with the left side of cross button and cross button is available on the right upper corner.
5. Reduce the browser screen size from any side
6. Note that the left panel is disappeared

ACTUAL RESULTS:
All the options are disappeared with the left panel by reducing the browser screen size

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Left panel should not be disappeared; it should be available in menu icon.
