Add a --verbose (alias: -v) option to the CLI to display more information about the processed errors.

We could display:

  1. Paths for which the TSC errors could be ignored
  2. Paths that no longer need to be loosely type-checked
  3. Error codes that no longer need to be ignored

This would probably benefit from #7
