There are many issues in the current solution/project files. Some sub-project paths are invalid, some include paths are invalid, resource paths are invalid. It looks like in the middle of a refactoring. Can you please fix it? There is no alternative for this library.

x64 build has already been fixed, you can build.
I'm thinking of doing the ARM branch because there was also a need to run on Win10 ARM

it's completely broken. @GermanAizek, did you try to checkout clean, and then build x64 release?
After I made all the fixes needed to build, I still wasn't able to run, I get this error:
