add field to profile for DeepL glossary ID

DeepL has the possebillity to maintain a glossary list. Both the free and paid version can handle that. With the translation request you can add the ID of your glossary. The free version stores it locally, while the paid version stores it online. With this feature you can improve the translation results of DeepL
When this field is populated, then add it to the request, if not populated leave the field empty.
It will be the responsebillity of the translator to provide the glossary ID and the entries (local/online)
