The cache-headers plugin depends explicitly on the logging plugin, which prevents us from changing the logging framework. Since we have to use Logback, that actually means we can't use this plugin at all.
There's an existing pull request, but there's been no action on it for a year. It appears to be a one-line change.
While I recognize that this is actually a problem with the cache-headers plugin that this plugin depends on, that project looks abandoned. I figured I'd try here in the hopes of attracting some attention.
