Search Bar Hidden When "Hide View Data Until Search is Performed" is Enabled in Layout Builder #2260

When the Hide View data until search is performed setting is enabled in a View using the Layout Builder, the Search Bar is also hidden.

This prevents users from performing a search, making the View unusable.

Steps to Reproduce:

Use the Layout Builder as the View layout.
Enable the Hide View data until search is performed setting.
Notice that the Search Bar is not displayed in the frontend

Other layouts are not affected.
