[FR] Distance to travel before making a retraction

Would like to have the option to tune when to do a retration, like a min/max travel before doing a retration.

there is an internal variable for this which is not exposed (and hundreds of others). it was an editorial decision to keep the UI less cluttered. I have yet to come up with a more elegant way to present all of these for those corner cases without degrading the experience for the majority of users.
