If a Division Director has change requests in their 'For Review' tab on the agreements page, they should be able to view the agreement to assist in making a decision to approve or decline the change requests.
Current Behavior
When signed in as a Division Director and navigate to the 'For Review' tab on the agreement page to review change requests, clicking on the 'View Agreement' link in the change card takes me to a 'Something went wrong' page and not the full agreement as expected.
Possible Cause
May or may not have something to do with the Division Director signed in not being associated with the agreement.
Steps to Reproduce
See attached recording. May need to make a change request first with a different user role to ensure there is a change requested.
Sign in as Division Director on staging environment
Navigate to the Agreements page
Click on the 'For Review' tab
See change card and click on 'View All' link
See 'Something went wrong' page
Context
Due to this bug, the user is not able to view the full agreement to assist them in their decision to accept or decline the change request.
This was viewed in the staging environment.
