Summary

What is the logic for when users get email notifications about new opportunities matching a saved search?

  • How often should emails be sent?
  • What is included in each email?
  • What is technically feasible?
  • How do we enable users to opt out? What can they opt out of? All notifications? Just for a saved search?
  • Do we want saved search updates to arrive in the same email as updates to opportunities? Separate types of emails?

  • Product requirements defined, design/implementation tickets created and linked here.
