Display Agency Name not Code in search results

Summary

We should use the more explanatory Agency Name in search result cards not the short "Code" identifier.

Crystabel confirmed we should be using the name whenever we have it.

Acceptance criteria

• Agency Name is used on the Search Result card

per @crystabelrangel we should be displaying both the top level agency name (where available), as well as the agency name, in the format <top level name> - <agency name>

@crystabelrangel with longer agency names, most Opp Numbers will flow onto an additional line. Do we want them to always be on a new line to make scanning the list easier?
