Currently Suomenlinna ferry HFP service can assign any of the given vessels to any route. This seems to cause issues in some cases when the same vessels are used for operating sightseeing cruises and they get assigned to a trip, which they are not actually operating. Example in Reittiloki

Add support for specifying which vessels can operate on certain routes to avoid this problem
