Firebase Functions

We can now refactor stuff a little and deploy our functions to firebase functions.

  • 67e0a7b Refactor to work with Functions
  • Write a request handler (the function that will respond to the user)
  • Setup scheduled functions to run every N hours/days.
  • Test stuff
