Naming the API

We need to figure out a name for the API (the current name isn't even valid anymore anyways). Let's start thinking of names and listing them here. I'll post some soon too.

Whatever we decide, I think we should probably just change the name of the repo to api so that the project is HackIllinois/api. If we're able to give it a different name (e.g. gatekeeper) that'd be awesome and we can use that in the readme.
