Exclude featured posts from regular feed #24

The featured post has generally been the most recent post published. If we exclude posts that are featured from the regular feed, then we avoid having the same post listed twice in a row and we could pin multiple posts as featured without cluttering up the feed.

The simplest way to implement this feature would be to include hidden: true in the front matter on featured posts.
